1. First check the power supply voltage with a multimeter to ensure that the power supply is normal;

2. Since the CAN adapter is different, please configure the corresponding CAN software parameters.

3, choose the correct baud rate, the factory default is 125K;

4. Since the change of baud rate may cause communication problems, try adding a 120 ohm matching resistor between CANH and CANL.
